We prepare authentic food with a contemporary view, remaining true to the actual methods and ingredients used in preparations around the world. Our menu might include dishes from the brasseries of France, the izakayas of Japan or the trattorias of Northern Italy.
Scott’s philosophy is that the quality of the ingredients is #1 and he continuously shops, samples, and explores to remain true to this. And nothing beats fresh. Walk into the kitchen any day and you’ll find the team squeezing crates of lemons and limes, even pressing piles of ginger root.
Hand-crafted cocktails are a specialty of the full bar. Sip well-constructed drinks inspired by forgotten cocktail classics, with a contemporary twist. The bartenders aren’t afraid of a jalapeño and they slice, squeeze and muddle from a selection of seasonal fruits and herbs.
