Scott and Jeff drew on their backgrounds and tastes as well as seasonal selections to compose each dish as well as the ideal beer pairing. The result is the creation of several original dishes that will only be featured at this dinner. Both Jeff and Scott wanted to break through with the menu and bring new tastes to the diners. Jeff crafted a new porter flavor combination for dessert and Scott set out on a quest for the perfect lamb sausage, which he eventually found at Manhattan Meats.
